Trevor specialises in Human Factors and has experience of training back to 1990 when he was part of the team that introduced the subject into British Airways as a method of reducing 'pilot error'. He retired as a Training Captain flying Boeing 747's in 2005 and had focused on training trainers and crew in simulation, class and aircraft. Trevor began working in Human Factors in
Trauma care has its own special requirements in terms of diagnosis and sharing the plan for treatment across the team, along with potential error traps. His passion is to help professionals develop and maintain their full range of skills, both technical and non-technical.
Trevor worked in several research projects in healthcare, notably under Professor Marc DeLeval at Great Ormond Street and Mr Peter McCulloch at John Radcliffe
In 2005 Trevor was Co-author of SLIPS (Safety and Leadership for Interventional Procedures and Surgery) course at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS) in close cooperation with Mr Tony Giddings FRCS. He is qualified in the use of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
